* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 6 INCHES BY LATE THIS
  AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL TURN SHOWERY THIS AFTERNOON. SNOW SHOWERS
  WILL LINGER INTO THE EARLY EVENING BEFORE ENDING.

* IMPACTS...WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS INCLUDING PERIODS OF SNOW
  PACKED ROADS AND GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITY CAN BE EXPECTED ON
  AREA ROADWAYS TODAY. THIS INCLUDES THE COTTONWOOD CANYONS AS
  WELL AS I-80 OVER PARLEYS SUMMIT.
