* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...12 TO 18 INCHES WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS NEAR
  24 INCHES.

* TIMING...DEVELOPING FRIDAY NIGHT...AND CONTINUING HEAVY AT
  TIMES THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

* IMPACTS...WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED ON AREA
  ROADWAYS INCLUDING THE HIGHER PASSES OF I-70 AND I-15 AND ALL
  STATE ROUTES ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST UTAH.
