* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...10 TO 20 INCHES BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON...
  WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE IN THE COTTONWOODS.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BECOME WIDESPREAD AND LOCALLY HEAVY TONIGHT.
  THIS SNOW MAY DIMINISH FOR A TIME OVERNIGHT...BEFORE BECOMING
