...Light Freeze Warnings suspended until March 1, 2015...

A hard freeze occurred across a substantial portion of our
forecast area this morning, with lows in the upper teens to mid
20s, and several hours of sub-freezing temperatures. This type of
widespread, hard freeze essentially marks the end of the local
growing season for sensitive vegetation. Therefore, we will not
issue any more Light Freeze Watches or Warnings until the
traditional growing season resumes on March 1, 2015.

However, because of the enhanced impacts associated with hard
freezes (lows of 25 deg or less for at least 2 hours), we will
continue to issue Hard Freeze Watches and Warnings as needed
throughout this winter.
