.DISCUSSION...
Light rain and/or snow will gradually come to an end through the
mid- to late morning hours today as the upper level disturbance
responsible, and associated cold front, push east of the Northern
Rockies. Skies will clear quickly behind the ending
precipitation; however, patchy morning fog may linger in the
valleys along the Rocky Mountain Front through the morning hours.
Winds through Thursday morning will be light and out of the west
as upper level ridging quickly builds in behind this mornings
departing disturbance, but winds will begin to increase Thursday
afternoon as the ridge shifts east. High temperatures on Thursday
beneath the ridge will warm well above normal, with readings
topping out in the mid- to upper 50s.
