  Southwestern Osage County in east central Kansas...
  Central Lyon County in east central Kansas...

* Until 800 AM CDT.

* At 736 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles south of
  Emporia, moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Emporia, Reading, and Admire.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 138.
 Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 121 and 144.
