...RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM
MST THIS EVENING FOR STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS...LOW HUMIDITY AND A
VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER FOR MUCH OF FIRE WEATHER ZONE 152.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 152, including Southern
  Graham, Southern Greenlee and the eastern half of Cochise County.

* TIMING...From 11 AM MST this morning until 7 PM MST this
  evening.

* WINDS...Sustained 20-foot winds this afternoon will be from the
  west at 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Although slightly higher relative humidity
  is in store today, minimum values this afternoon will still
  bottom out between 11 and 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are ongoing will have the
  potential to spread rapidly, especially across the lower
  elevation grass/brush areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or are expected to develop. A
combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and dry
vegetation will create the potential for rapid and erratic fire
growth.

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field of the Red Flag Warning for portions of Southeast Arizona.
