Cape Suckling out 100 NM

.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
A gale force front over the eastern gulf will continue to move
east inland and weaken today. A developing surface low will then
move into the western gulf beginning late today and slowly
progress east across the gulf, continuing into Monday.
