At 431 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Clinton to 8 miles southwest of Harrells
to near Old Dock. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
