...Air quality becoming poor over parts of Pueblo due to the
Evraz steel mill fire...

Webcams at 8 pm this evening were showing smoke from the Evraz
steel plant fire settling over the city of Pueblo, especially
across parts of eastern and northern Pueblo. With winds
decreasing, this smoke is likely to continue over parts of the
city of Pueblo until about 4 AM. After about 4 AM, a strong cold
front is going to push across the city of Pueblo and the winds
will shift to a west to southwest direction and are likely to
increase in speed, and this should decrease the amount of smoke
over the city. In the meantime, residents in Pueblo should take
note of the poor air quality conditions and take necessary
precautions from the smoke.
