BELOW NORMAL THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND LEAD TO OCCASIONAL SNOW
SHOWERS THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. DRY CONDITIONS AND
UNSEASONABLY COLD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY BEFORE A
CHANCE FOR SNOW RETURNS BY THE END OF THE WORKWEEK.
