......SPLASH-OVER AND MINOR COASTAL FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND THE
TIME OF HIGH TIDE TONIGHT......

.THE HIGHEST OF THE ASTRONOMICAL HIGH TIDES WILL OCCUR TONIGHT AT
12:22 AM SATURDAY. THE TIDE AT PORTLAND HARBOR WILL BE 12.0 FEET.
A STORM SURGE OF UP TO A HALF FOOT IS POSSIBLE TONIGHT. THIS HIGH
TIDE, COMBINED WITH ABOUT A HALF FOOT STORM SURGE AND SOME HIGHER
WAVES IN EXPOSED AREAS WILL BRING ISOLATED, MINOR COASTAL
FLOODING TO THE REGION.

DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS! NIGHTTIME DRIVING MAY BE
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS NEAR VULNERABLE SHORELINE ROADS TONIGHT.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR.

* TIMING...AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...MINOR FLOODING MAY OCCUR ALONG THE WHARF SIDE STREETS
  AND PARKING LOTS IN PORTLAND, GRANITE POINT ROAD IN BIDDEFORD
  AND THE BACKBAY AREA OF HAMPTON. MINOR SPLASH-OVER MAY OCCUR IN
  SACO NEAR THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE.
