THE MONTH OF JULY WAS SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL WITH RESPECT TO
TEMPERATURES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR JULY WAS 72.1 DEGREES
WHICH IS 1.1 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.

PRECIPITATION FOR JULY WAS MUCH BELOW NORMAL.  THE TOTAL
RAINFALL FOR THE MONTH WAS 1.06 INCHES WHICH IS 1.73 INCHES BELOW
NORMAL.
