REMARKS...

THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER SAW QUITE THE ROLLER-COASTER OF TEMPERATURES.
THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH WAS MARKED BY REPEATED DAYS OF BELOW
AVERAGE TEMPERATURES. NO LOW TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN OR
TIED. TOWARDS THE END OF THE MONTH MOTHER NATURE FLIPPED THE
THERMOSTAT WITH SEVERAL DAYS OF ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES. ONE
RECORD HIGH WAS TIED ON NOV 29 WITH A HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 52 DEGREES.

SIMILAR TO THE SWING IN TEMPERATURES, FARGO EXPERIENCED A SWING IN
PRECIPITATION WITH MUCH OF THE MONTH`S PRECIPITATION OCCURING DURING
THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF NOVEMBER. THE MONTH ENDED WITH 0.36 INCHES OF
PRECIP, WHICH IS 0.64 INCHES SHORT OF THE NOVEMBER AVERAGE.

MUCH OF THE SNOW THAT FELL ACROSS THE REGION FELL NORTH OF THE FARGO
AREA. FARGO RECIEVED 3.3 INCHES OF SNOW THIS MONTH. THIS IS 4.6
INCHES BELOW THE MONTHLY AVERAGE OF 7.9 INCHES.

REMEMBER... THIS DATA IS PROVISIONAL AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THE
FINAL AND OFFICIAL RECORDS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE NATIONAL
CENTERS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION (FORMERLY THE NATIONAL CLIMATE
DATA CENTER).
