WITH ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE ENTIRE YEAR. THERE WERE
SOME COOL PERIODS SCATTERED THROUGH THE MONTH...WITH THE MOST
PROLONGED ONE COMING IN THE LAST FOUR DAYS. MID MONTH SAW THE MOST
PROLONGED WARM PERIOD...WITH DAILY TEMPERATURES AVERAGING NEAR 15-20
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR MID DECEMBER.

RAINFALL WAS BELOW AVERAGE FOR THE FIRST DECEMBER SINCE 2010...AND
IT WAS THE DRIEST DECEMBER SINCE THEN AS WELL. FOR THE FIRST
DECEMBER SINCE 2010...NO SNOW FELL.
