THE TREND OF ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES CONTINUED INTO NOVEMBER. IN
THE FIRST AND THIRD WEEKS OF THE MONTH...DAILY AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
RANGED AS HIGH AS 15 DEGREES ABOVE WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOR
THIS TIME OF YEAR. THIS MADE NOVEMBER ONE OF THE WARMEST EVER
RECORDED.

RAINFALL WAS WELL BELOW AVERAGE...AND MOST OF IT CAME DURING THE
LAST FULL WEEK OF THE MONTH...FROM THE 21ST THROUGH 28TH.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2003...AND THE
5TH WARMEST ON RECORD. THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE COOLEST
SINCE 2014...BUT STILL THE 8TH WARMEST ON RECORD. THE AVERAGE
MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2003...AND THE 5TH WARMEST
ON RECORD.

.DAILY TEMPERATURES...

DAILY TEMPERATURES WERE ABOVE AVERAGE ON 20 DAYS...AVERAGE ON
ONE DAY...AND BELOW AVERAGE ON NINE DAYS.
