ENDED UP ALMOST SIX AND A HALF DEGREES ABOVE THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE.
ANOMALOUSLY WARM WEATHER RETURNED TO THE AREA...WITH DAILY
TEMPERATURES AS MUCH AS 10 TO AROUND 25 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE AT
TIMES...ESPECIALLY AT THE END OF THE SECOND WEEK AND END OF THE
THIRD.

RAINFALL AND SNOWFALL WERE BELOW AVERAGE.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2012. THE AVERAGE
LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 1990...AND TIED 1990 FOR THE
5TH WARMEST ON RECORD. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WAS THE
WARMEST SINCE 1990.
