SPRING 2016 AT THE GRAND FORKS UNIVERSITY (NWS) WAS THE EIGHTH
WARMEST ON RECORD. THE EARLY PART OF THE SEASON WAS DRY...BUT
ABUNDANT RAINFALL DURING THE MONTH OF MAY PUSHED RAINFALL TO 1.70
INCHES ABOVE NORMAL.
