THE DECEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY PERIOD STARTED OFF WARMER THAN
NORMAL...BUT A COOL FEBRUARY BROUGHT OVERALL TEMPERATURES TO JUST
0.8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR THE SEASON. THE SEASON WAS ALSO THE
FIFTH DRIEST WITH TOTAL PRECIPITATION OF 0.66 INCHES COMPARED TO A
NORMAL VALUE OF 1.95 INCHES...WHICH IS 1.29 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
