WAS 15.0 DEGREES OR 4.1 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL...WHICH RANKS AS THE
17TH WARMEST WINTER SEASON ON RECORD.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE WINTER WAS 2.94 INCHES OR 0.99 INCHES ABOVE
NORMAL. THIS RANKS AS THE 13TH WETTEST WINTER ON RECORD. THE 42.0
INCHES OF SNOW THAT FELL WAS 13.8 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL 28.2
INCHES. THIS RANKS AS THE 8TH SNOWIEST WINTER.
