.SUMMARY...

FOR THE FIRST TWO MONTHS OF WINTER...TEMPERATURES WERE ABOUT A
DEGREE AND A HALF ABOVE AVERAGE. HOWEVER...FEBRUARY...MORE
SPECIFICALLY THE LAST TWO WEEKS OF THE MONTH...THOSE TRENDS
COMPLETELY REVERSED...AND THE SEASON ENDED NEARLY TWO DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL.

THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES WERE RECORDED IN EARLY JANUARY...WHEN THE
MERCURY HIT 2 DEGREES ON THE 8TH.

IN TERMS OF DEPARTURE FROM NORMAL...THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
THE ACTUAL DAILY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE AND THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE DAILY
TEMPERATURE...THE COLDEST OF WINTER DAYS WERE IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS
OF FEBRUARY.

FOR THE SECOND WINTER IN A ROW...PRECIPITATION WAS BELOW AVERAGE.
THE DRIEST MONTH WAS FEBRUARY AND THE WETTEST MONTH WAS DECEMBER.

MEASURABLE SNOW FELL...AND ALL OF IT WAS IN FEBRUARY. SNOWFALL WAS
RIGHT AT AVERAGE FOR THE SEASON. AVERAGE SNOW DEPTH WAS 0.7 INCHES.

.SEASONAL TEMPERATURES...

THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE SAME AS LAST WINTER. THE
AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2013-2014. THE AVERAGE
SEASONAL TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2013-2014.

RECORD FOR HARRISON. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 30.88 INCHES...OR 1045.75
MILLIBARS...WHICH WAS SET ON JANUARY 7TH 1968. PRESSURE RECORDS FOR
HARRISON BEGAN AUGUST 15TH 1944.
