.SUMMARY...
THE FALL SEASON STARTED OUT ON THE WARM SIDE. AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
WERE THE WARMEST IN EARLY OCTOBER...AND DURING MUCH OF THE LAST WEEK
OF THAT MONTH. THE COLDEST PERIOD WAS DURING THE MIDDLE OF
NOVEMBER...WHEN DAILY TEMPERATURES WERE AS MUCH AS 15-20 DEGREES
BELOW AVERAGE. THERE WERE 10 DAYS WITH FREEZING TEMPERATURES...ALL
DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER.

RAINFALL WAS BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE FOR THE THIRD FALL IN A ROW.
SNOW FELL IN THE FALL FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2011. MEASURABLE SNOW
FELL FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE FALL SINCE 1991.

.TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE COLDEST SINCE 2009. THE AVERAGE
LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE COLDEST SINCE 2008. THE AVERAGE SEASONAL
TEMPERATURE WAS THE COLDEST SINCE 2009.
