.SUMMARY...
THE FALL WAS WARMER AND WETTER THAN AVERAGE. THE WARMEST PERIOD CAME
DURING THE SECOND AND PART OF THE THIRD WEEK OF OCTOBER...WHEN
TEMPERATURES TOPPED OUT AT RECORD LEVELS.

THE FIRST FREEZE WAS LATER THAN AVERAGE THIS YEAR...AND THERE WAS
ONLY ONE DAY WITH FREEZING TEMPERATURES...WHICH WAS THE FEWEST
SINCE 2011.

THE SEASON STARTED OUT FAIRLY DRY...WITH BELOW AVERAGE RAINFALL UNTIL
LATE OCTOBER. BY NOVEMBER...RAINFALL WAS MORE FREQUENT...ANY EVEN AT
RECORD LEVELS BY THE LAST FEW DAYS OF THE MONTH.

.SEASONAL TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2010...AND THE
7TH WARMEST ON RECORD. THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST
SINCE 2004...AND THE 3RD WARMEST ON RECORD. THE AVERAGE SEASONAL
TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2005...AND THE 5TH WARMEST ON RECORD.

.RAINFALL...
FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2011...RAINFALL WAS ABOVE THE 30-YEAR
AVERAGE. IT WAS THE WETTEST FALL SINCE 2009...AND THE 5TH WETTEST ON
RECORD.

.SNOWFALL...
NO SNOW FELL.
