PRESSURE PUSHES A COLD FRONT THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS FRIDAY
MORNING WITH MODERATE NORTHEAST WINDS DEVELOPING AND BUILDING SEAS
THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. FAVORABLE MARINE CONDITIONS BRIEFLY RETURN
SATURDAY AS WINDS STEADILY TURN BACK TO THE SOUTHEAST. A STRONG
STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES LATE
IN THE WEEKEND AND MOVE INTO WEST TEXAS EARLY NEXT WEEK WITH MARINE
