Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front will move into the coastal waters
tonight with hazardous northerly winds and building seas expected
after midnight. Gale Warnings have been posted. A low pressure
system is expected to develop off the Lower Texas coast on Saturday
and move quickly towards the Upper Texas coast by Saturday night,
which will maintain the tight pressure gradient over the Gulf
waters. Weak high pressure will yield much improved conditions
Sunday and Monday.

the afternoon. Rough on the bay. Rain showers in the morning,
then rain likely in the afternoon.
