605 AM CST MON FEB 20 2017

.SYNOPSIS...A STRONG UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL MOVE THROUGH ACROSS
NORTHERN TEXAS ON MONDAY...DRIVING A SURFACE LOW THROUGH THE
LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS. MEANWHILE...A LINE OF STORMS WILL BRING
STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS...ROUGH SEAS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING OVER
THE LAGUNA MADRE AND LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATER EARLY THIS MORNING
AND WITH LINGERING STORMS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. CONDITIONS WILL
BEGIN TO IMPROVE LATE ON MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BRIEFLY RETURNS
HOWEVER...THE SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL TIGHTEN ON TUESDAY AS
A STRONGER SURFACE LOWER PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVE ACROSS TEXAS AND
INTO THE NORTHERN GULF. HIGH PRESSURE WILL TAKE CONTROL OF THE
GULF BY WEDNESDAY...WITH IMPROVING MARINE CONDITIONS EXPECTED.
