.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE TO STRONG NORTH WIND CAN BE EXPECTED TONIGHT IN THE
WAKE OF A COLD FRONT THAT MOVED THROUGH THE AREA EARLIER TODAY.
WINDS AND SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE SATURDAY MORNING WITH A
WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW EXPECTED SATURDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
NIGHT. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL PRODUCE ANOTHER ROUND OF
RAIN FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY. THE RAIN WILL END BY
SUNDAY EVENING AS THE DISTURBANCE EXITS TO THE EAST. BRIEF ONSHORE
FLOW IS EXPECTED ON MONDAY AHEAD OF THE NEXT COLD FRONT ON
TUESDAY. MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND HIGHER SEAS ARE
EXPECTED BEHIND THE FRONT. OFFSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL WEAKEN ON
CHRISTMAS EVE BEFORE EVENTUALLY TRANSITIONING TO ONSHORE FLOW.
