.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A VERY STRONG NORTH FLOW AND FREQUENT GUSTS TO GALE FORCE WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF TODAY. WINDS WILL SLOWLY DECREASE ACROSS
THE BAYS THIS AFTERNOON THEN THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH LATE
AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING. HOWEVER...NORTH WINDS WILL LIKELY
REMAIN STRONG TONIGHT WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES LIKELY TO BE
ISSUED AFTER THE GALE WARNING EXPIRES. MARINE CONDITIONS WILL
CONTINUE TO SLOWLY IMPROVE FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...AS THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES. THE CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL TAPER OFF THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. RAIN CHANCES WILL RETURN LATE SATURDAY AND
CONTINUE INTO THE WEEKEND AS A COASTAL TROUGH DEVELOPS IN RESPONSE
TO AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM. A MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW CAN BE
