EAST WINDS THIS MORNING WILL BECOME SOUTH THIS AFTERNOON AS HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES OFF TO THE EAST. WINDS WILL THEN SHIFT TO THE
SOUTHWEST AND STRENGTHEN TONIGHT AND THURSDAY UNDER A TIGHTENING
PRESSURE GRADIENT...AND CAUTION FLAGS MIGHT BE NEEDED FOR THE
OFFSHORE WATERS. LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE ONSHORE WINDS WILL
THEN PERSIST FROM THE END OF THE WEEK AND ON THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
