.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Onshore winds will return late Friday as low pressure develops in
North Texas. A weak frontal boundary will push off the coast
Saturday night. Rainfall is not expected. As high pressure behind
this front moves to the east, winds should veer from the north
back to the southeast on Monday. A second front could approach the
coast toward midweek, though timing is uncertain at this point.
