WATERS. A COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP THROUGH THE AREA BY EARLY THURSDAY.
THEREAFTER...A HIGH PRESSURE AREA WILL MIGRATE EASTWARD...FROM THE
GULF OF MEXICO ACROSS THE WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC.
