...SEVERAL ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH
MONDAY...

THROUGH MONDAY...OCCASIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE FOUND AHEAD OF A
COLD FRONT. DUE TO THE MUGGY AND HIGH WATER CONTENT OF THE
ATMOSPHERE...ANY OF THE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL.

RIVERS ARE ALREADY ELEVATED DUE TO RECENT HEAVY RAIN...WITH
ADDITIONAL RISES LIKELY TO OCCUR THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THIS
WEEKEND INTO NEXT WEEK. PARTS OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER ARE
ALREADY IN FLOOD. ADDITIONAL RAINS POSE THE THREAT OF INCREASED OR
RENEWED RIVER FLOODING.

BE SURE TO STAY TUNED TO LATER FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS. A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH MAY BE NEEDED TO COVER THE HEAVY RAINFALL AND
FLOODING THREAT.
