  NORTH CENTRAL MAINE...SOUTHERN PISCATAQUIS. IN SOUTHEAST
  MAINE...CENTRAL WASHINGTON...INTERIOR HANCOCK AND NORTHERN
  WASHINGTON.

* FROM 7 PM EST THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING

* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AND SNOWMELT.

* RAINFALL OF UP TO TWO INCHES FROM WEDNESDAY INTO CHRISTMAS DAY
  COMBINED WITH A MELTING SNOWPACK MAY BRING FLOODING OF RIVERS
  AND STREAMS.
