...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The heavy rains have moved out of the region. Therefore the threat
of new flooding has ended, however there remains reports of
scattered flooding.

If you encounter high water, do not try and drive through it. Be
careful at night when it is hard to tell the depth of water.
