THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBUQUERQUE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 545 AM MDT

* AT 344 AM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND
  AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN LIKELY. FLASH
  FLOODING IS LIKELY FROM THE LITTLE BEAR BURN SCAR.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  ALTO AND BONITO LAKE.

THIS WILL IMPACT THE LITTLE BEAR BURN SCAR INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO HIGHWAY 48 FROM ANGUS TO ALTO. OF PARTICULAR CONCERN WILL BE
HIGHWAY 48 AT SKI RUN ROAD...EAGLE CREEK... INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY
37 AND 48...RIO BONITO...AND ESCUDILLA... MAGADO CREEK.
