THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN VERMILION COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

* UNTIL 1230 PM CDT

* AT 932 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 5
  INCHES HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED BY DOPPLER RADAR SINCE 7 AM...NORTH OF
  I-74 BETWEEN ROYAL AND POTOMAC. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS FURTHER
  NORTH HAVE PRODUCED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN SOUTHWEST OF HOOPESTON.
  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  DANVILLE...HOOPESTON...OAKWOOD...ROSSVILLE...POTOMAC...FITHIAN...
  MUNCIE...BISMARCK...HENNING...VERMILION COUNTY AIRPORT...
  COLLISON...ALVIN...MIDDLE FORK WILDLIFE AREA AND ARMSTRONG.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE LIKELY IN THE
WARNED AREA...ESPECIALLY SOUTHWEST OF HOOPESTON.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 74 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 199 AND 209.
