THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN OKALOOSA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA...
  SOUTHEASTERN SANTA ROSA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 145 AM CDT

* AT 1048 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER
  MUCH OF SOUTHEASTERN OKALOOSA AND SANTA ROSA COUNTIES. RADAR
  ESTIMATES SHOW THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AND
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL SPREAD OVER THE WARNED AREA DURING
  THE NEXT HOUR. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN
  THE WARNED AREA.

HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT DRIVE OR WALK INTO AREAS WHERE
WATER CROSSES A ROAD. TURN AROUND - DON`T DROWN!

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
