  THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE LITTLE BEAR BURN SCAR. OBSERVATIONS NEAR
  BUCK MOUNTAIN AND SKI APACHE REPORTED RAIN RATES NEAR 2 INCHES PER
  HOUR...WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL LIKELY THROUGH 2 AM.
