  NORTHEASTERN COLFAX COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 545 PM MDT

* AT 343 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SEVERAL SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS NEAR RATON
  CREW AIRPORT AS WELL AS JUST SOUTHEAST OF SUGARITE STATE
  PARK...SLOWLY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.  UP TO ONE INCH OF
  RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS ACTIVITY WITH ISOLATED HEAVIER
  AMOUNTS.   IMPACTS TO RATON AND INTERSTATE 25 FROM THE RATON AREA
  TO 20 MILES SOUTH OF RATON CAN BE EXPECTED.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  RATON...RATON CREWS AIRPORT...SUGARITE CANYON STATE PARK AND
  SUGARITE.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 25 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 440 AND 457.
