  CENTRAL ELBERT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...

* UNTIL 200 PM MDT

* AT 1227 PM MDT...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WAS
  LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF AGATE TO
  5 MILES NORTH OF RAMAH TO 8 MILES NORTH OF CALHAN...AND WAS NEARLY
  STATIONARY. AROUND ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE PAST
  HOUR.

* FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL ELBERT
  COUNTY.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...WEST BIJOU
CREEK...KEY CREEK...ANTELOPE CREEK...WILSON CREEK...SPRING BRANCH...
HAY GULCH...MIDDLE BIJOU CREEK...EAST BIJOU CREEK...REED SPRINGS
CREEK...WATER GULCH...BIG SANDY CREEK AND RATTLESNAKE CREEK.
