.RESERVOIR RELEASES WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE RIVER STAGES TO FLUCTUATE.

* FLOOD STAGE IS 115.0 FEET.
* THE RIVER FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT 11 AM THURSDAY.
* AT 115.0 FEET...FLOODING OCCURS IN LOW LYING AREAS OF THE CAROLINA
  EASTMAN FACILITY AND AT THE CONGAREE NATIONAL PARK.
