* Flood Advisory for
  The Russell Fork Big Sandy River at Elkhorn City.
* until late Thursday night.
* At 10 PM Wednesday the stage was 15.9 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 17.9 feet by tomorrow early
  afternoon. The river will continue to run high through Thursday night.
