  MINOR FLOODING FROM A CLUSTER OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...MOVING
  SOUTH AT 5 MPH OVER CARLSBAD. RAINFALL RATES ARE ONLY 0.25 TO 0.50
  INCH PER HOUR...HOWEVER DUE TO HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE LAST 12
  HOURS...THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY RESULT IN MINOR
  FLOODING IN CARLSBAD.
