...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in
California...

  Middle Fork Feather River Near Portola affecting Plumas COUNTY

For the Middle Fork Feather River...including Portola...
Minor flooding is occurring and is expected to continue.

Additional rainfall from the past storm has resulted in a rise on the
Middle Fork Feather River with minor flooding expected to continue
this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas as rushing water
can easily sweep a car away...

The next forecast update for these locations will be issued at about
3 pm PST.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Middle Fork Feather River Near Portola.
* UNTIL FRIDAY MORNING.
* At  9:30 AM Thursday the stage was 8.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 9.0 feet by early
  this afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet...Minor flooding of lowlands...rural roads...
  agricultural areas and some structures between Beckwourth and
  Sloat...including Portola.  Portion of CA Hwy 89 near Clio
  begins to flood. About 4800 cfs. Like flood of March 17 2011.
