PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...


Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

The flood warning continues for
  the Attoyac Bayou Near Chireno, Texas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 730 AM Saturday The stage was 19.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14 feet.
* Forecast...The bayou will continue to fall to a stage of 18.5 feet
  by Sunday morning.  Also the Attoyac Bayou crested during late Friday
  evening at 19.5 feet
* Impact...at 19 feet...The bayou will continue to slowly fall
  during the next several days, and lowland flooding will gradually
  decrease.

The flood warning continues for
  the Neches River Near Neches, Texas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 730 AM Saturday the stage was 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.2 feet by
  Tuesday evening then begin falling.
* Impact...at 14.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding.  Move livestock and
  equipment to higher ground away from the river.

...The flood warning extended until Thursday afternoon...The flood
warning continues for
  the Neches River Near Diboll, Texas.
* until Thursday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 715 AM Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Wednesday evening.  Also the Neches River near Diboll crested at
  13.3 feet during Friday morning of February 23.
* Impact...at 12.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding occurs.  Expect
  flooded boat ramps and trails.

The flood warning is cancelled for
  the Mud Creek Near Jacksonville, Texas.
* At 800 AM Saturday the stage was 8.9 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 200 AM Saturday.
* Flood stage is 9 feet.
* Forecast...The creek will continue to fall to 8.4 feet by Sunday
  morning.  Also the Mud Creek crested at the nine foot flooded
  stage throughout Friday evening.
