...The National Weather Service in Louisville KY has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Kentucky...

  Barren River at Bowling Green affecting Warren County.

.Heavy rain that fell Wednesday and Wednesday night will cause the
river to rise.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued Friday morning.Friday afternoon at
200 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO EARLY SATURDAY
MORNING...
...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD ADVISORY...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Barren River at Bowling Green.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Parks begin to flood. Most of Thomas
  Landing and Weldon Peete Park flood.
  At 30.0 feet, Boat Landing Road is impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 31.4 feet early
    tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    30.9 feet on 02/25/2019.
