* MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST
* FLOOD STAGE IS 4 FEET
* THE RIVER WILL REMAIN STEADY THROUGH THE DAY FRIDAY BEFORE FALLING ON
  SATURDAY. THE RIVER WILL REMAIN ABOVE FLOOD STAGE THROUGH AT LEAST TUESDAY.
* AT 4 FEET...FLOODING OF STREETS BEGINS AND BECOMES WIDESPREAD EAST OF THE
  RAILROAD WHEN THE LEVEL REACHES 5 FEET.
* AT 6 FEET...FLOODING OF RESIDENCES IN THE AREA WILL OCCUR.
