.DISCUSSION...

A frontal boundary will drift slowly eastward over the area tonight,
then looks to stall out from southwest to northeast on Friday. There
may be a few storms across far northeastern South Dakota and west
central Minnesota later tonight, with a better chance for strong
storms over the eastern part of the forecast area Friday night.
Minimum relative humidity values will range from 40 to 65 percent
Friday afternoon.
