.DISCUSSION...Tonight and Friday...Scattered showers and
thunderstorms will slowly decrease this evening as the airmass
stabilizes. A cold front will push through late tonight. This
will increase moisture and bring lower temperatures for Friday.
Another round of afternoon and evening thunderstorms is
expected Friday.

LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Friday night through Tuesday...An upper
trough will move across Colorado Friday night into Saturday night.
Weak west-northwesterly flow aloft will be in place Sunday through
Tuesday.  There will be plenty of moisture for all the forecast
areas into Saturday night.  Moisture will decrease Sunday through
Tuesday and mainly be confined to the mountains.  The airmass
over the forecast area will be cooler than normal Saturday but will
warm-up somewhat Sunday through Tuesday.
