NORTHEASTWARD. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL REMAIN ELEVATED OVER THE
FORECAST AREA DURING THE PERIOD. THIS SUPPORTS FOG OR LOW STRATUS
DURING THE MORNING HOURS WITH SCATTERED CONVECTION DEVELOPING IN
THE AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE BELOW 10 MPH THROUGHOUT THE
PERIOD. SURFACE WINDS WEDNESDAY WILL GENERALLY BE NORTHERLY BUT
