CAROLINA COAST DURING THE PERIOD. SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO THE EAST
AND NORTHEAST. MOSTLY CLOUDY CONDITIONS WILL LIMIT DAYTIME
HEATING THROUGHOUT THE REGION. ON WEDNESDAY MIN RH VALUES WILL BE
ABOVE 60 PERCENT IN THE EAST WHILE MIN RH VALUES IN THE CSRA AND
WESTERN MIDLANDS WILL RANGE FROM 40 TO 50 PERCENT. EXPECT MORE
UNIFORM MIN RH VALUES ON THURSDAY... RANGING FROM 55 TO 65 PERCENT.
