INCREASING CHANCE FOR RAIN LATE TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE AND A WARM
FRONT SWEEPS NORTHEAST FROM THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AND SOUTHEASTERN
STATES. INCREASING SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL OCCUR MONDAY IN ADVANCE
OF A COLD FRONT. WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WILL BE COMMON MONDAY
ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA...WITH GUSTS
AROUND 45 MPH ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.
THE COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE STATE LATE MONDAY AND MONDAY
