.DISCUSSION...

Could see elevated fire weather conditions across portions of the Nebraska
Panhandle on Thursday as relative humidity values drop to 16-18 percent and
winds gusts approach 25mph. Wind gusts are anticipated to peak Thursday
afternoon before decreasing quickly by the evening hours. Precipitation is
expected for much of southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska beginning on
Saturday and continuing through Tuesday.
