.DISCUSSION...Resident dry airmass will suppress afternoon RH values
in the 40s in most areas today and Sunday. Winds will remain on the
lighter side and out of the westerly quadrant. Return flow will
bring an increase in moisture and increased thunderstorm chances
late Monday into Tuesday.
