.DISCUSSION...
Patchy fog will be possible through mid morning, especially toward
the coast and the bays. A storm system will bring widespread rain
and thunderstorms later tonight through Monday. Locally heavy
rainfall will be possible. A cold front will then move across
Southeast Texas with northerly winds expected on Monday through
Wednesday.
