UPCOMING WEEKEND AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER TEXAS. HIGH
TEMPREATURES WILL REACH THE UPPER 90S WITH RELATIVE HUMIDTY
DROPPING TO AROUND 40 PERCENT INLAND. HIGHER HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL
EXIST ALONG THE COAST AND CONTRIBUTE TO HIGH HEAT INDEX VALUES.
