HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN SEATED OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
REGION THROUGH SATURDAY AS A WEATHER SYSTEM TRACKS THROUGH
THE GULF STATES.  THIS SYSTEM WILL SPREAD RAINFALL THROUGH
MUCH OF THE SOUTH, INCLUDING NORTHERN ALABAMA, MAINLY FRIDAY
NIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY.  TRANSPORT WIND FLOW WILL BE LIGHT
AND MIXING WILL BE LIMITED, THUS SMOKE DISPERSION VALUES WILL
BE GENERALLY POOR TO FAIR.
