FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR CENTRAL/SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LINCOLN IL
300 PM CDT THU APR 28 2016

.DISCUSSION...

ISOLATED LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE FROM I-74 NORTHEAST THIS
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING UNTIL SUNSET. OTHERWISE DRY CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. RAIN CHANCES WILL
INCREASE AGAIN OVERNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY AND CONTINUE
THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. GOOD VENTILATION RATES/SMOKE DISPERSION CAN
BE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON...BUT LOWER MIXING HEIGHTS AND VENT RATES
ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BE AS FAVORABLE FOR SMOKE DISPERSION. FAIR TO
GOOD VENT RATES ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY THOUGH WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND
A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED.
