.DISCUSSION...RETURN FLOW WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE LOW LEVEL MOISTURE
OVER THE REGION TODAY AHEAD OF A BOUNDARY THAT WILL STALL ACROSS
NORTH MISSISSIPPI TONIGHT. AFTERNOON MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
WILL BE LOWEST OVER EAST MISSISSIPPI BUT SHOULD REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL
VALUES. RAIN WILL INCREASE FROM THE WEST TONIGHT AND AHEAD OF A COLD
FRONT THAT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA MONDAY. WIDESPREAD WETTING RAIN
IS EXPECTED WITH THE FRONT. DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED AGAIN TUESDAY AND
WILL LAST INTO FRIDAY BEFORE LOW RAIN CHANCES RETURN. AREAS OF FOG
