.DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire danger is expected this afternoon across the southeast
panhandle into southwest Nebraska. Minimum relative humidity will
fall below 20 percent with northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph.

Elevated fire danger is expected again Tuesday afternoon across the
central Sandhills into southwest Nebraska, or for areas near and
south of Highways 2 and 91. Minimum relative humidity will fall
below 20 percent with west winds of 15 to 25 mph.
